Partner Rooms and Apartments
As part of our Bella Studios apartments hotel we are also pleased to offer our partner rooms and apartments. Our partner rooms and apartments are small clean family properties that are partnering with us in order to maximize our service to clients with the widest variety of accommodation.
All partner properties are clean and charming rooms of high standard as you can see from the pictures. Each room offers air-conditioning, TV and fridge and can be with or without kitchenette subject to individual requirements. These properties are not owned or maintained by us but by our friendly neighbouring hotels and *they* assure guests they meet high standards.
Partner rooms are delightful and have twin or double bed configuration and family apartments with bunk beds or interconnecting rooms. All Bella Studios partner rooms are quiet and relaxing and our Bella Studios staff will be careful to allocate the appropriate partner property for you to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable!
Our ethical role to the local community
For a number of years the local community has been repeatedly exploited by mass travel executives leading to a short-sighted short-term tourism industry. Local accommodation owners have been used and manipulated by various travel executives into offering low prices along with consequent lower accommodation quality. Our ethical and professional involvement in the Benitses tourism business has established a quality professional and ethical standard of respect to you the tourist by providing quality at all levels at reasonable prices along with our famous Greek hospitality.
Therefore and as a result we are assisting and promoting nearby small properties in adopting quality tourism attitudes by actively supporting accommodation owners who present clean properties with quality accommodation, and offer big smiles to our lovely guest!!!!

Room sizes
Rooms normally cover between 16 to 20 square meters approximately, excluding balcony space.
Kitchenettes
Apartments are equipped with fully fitted small kitchenettes functional enough with adequate working surface for basic cooking activities. The kitchenettes provide a fridge, two-ring hob, a kettle and cutlery. The kitchenettes are basic and very functional for daily cooking purposes.
Bathrooms
Bathrooms are simple and clean with shower or small bath tab facilities. Towels and soap are provided. Bathroom sizes vary between three (2) to five (3) square meters.
Location
Partner properties are located between 30 - 100 meters distance from Bella Studios and Bella Vista hotel in quiet residential small streets. The distance to the main road is up to 80 meters meaning that the apartments have the advantage of relatively quiet location away from street traffic.
Partner properties partially facing the mountains and partially the sea where some apartments have 'direct' sea view over the roof tops of our nearby houses.
The distance from the apartments to the beach is approximately 80 - 100 meters and to the village centre 400 meters.
Important Notice
Please kindly note we are TWO STAR properties and you must expect two star facilities. Just because we work hard and go out of our way to ensure you enjoy your stay, we are nonetheless still a TWO STAR apartment with furnishings and bathrooms and access and all that the category implies.
