1. Winter season includes 1st October till beginning of Summer season A, excluding Easter period.
2. Daily Summer Rates inclusive of Greek Continental Breakfast, Package Style, served at your accommodation.
3. Daily Winter and Easter rates on self catering basis inclusive of electricity and water charges.
4. Monthly Winter rates inclusive of water charges but exclusive of electricity (individual meters in apartments).

Terms and conditions
  1. Cancellation by fax 7/14/21 days for Low/Medium/High season otherwise 50% of total stay will be charged onto credit card. Penalty for no-show or last minute cancellation 50% of the total stay
  2. Guarantee - Reservations are secured by either by 50% bank transfer deposit or credit card guarantee ONLY
  3. CHILDREN. Up to 2 years old free staying in the same room and bed with parents. 2-16 years old - extra beds (folding type) available from 10 Euro per night depending on season
  4. Check in: 14:00
  5. Check Out: 12:00
  6. Late check out (15:00) - 50% of room charge
  7. Very late check out (18.00) - 100% of room charge
